Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the product is unopened and unused. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the delivery date.
Please note: For consumable and/or hygiene products and tools (such as shampoos, skincare, makeup, tanning products, styling products/tools, etc.), the packaging may not be opened and the product may not be used. The principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would be permitted to do in a physical store. If you handle the product in a manner that goes beyond what is permitted, you are liable for any resulting reduction in value. For returns of opened hygiene products, a 100% reduction in value will be applied.
Returns
Would you like to return a product? You can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do so, send an email to info@bao-med.com and include:
- your order number;
- the reason for the return.
After receiving your email, we will process your return request and provide you with further instructions for returning the products.
Please ensure that the products meet the conditions for the right of withdrawal stated above.
If your order is incomplete or there is an issue with the delivery, please report this within 48 hours of receipt.
Is Your Order Incorrect?
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. Contact us at: info@bao-med.com. Clearly state your name, order number, and the products concerned.
Return Costs & Risk
The costs and risk of returning the products are your responsibility. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt safely. If the return concerns a warranty issue, we will provide you with a return label after you have reported the defect to us.
Unidentifiable returns will be kept for a maximum of 1 month. After that, they will be processed administratively and no further correspondence will be possible.
Refund
We will refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest delivery option offered by us). The refund will be made within 14 days after you have informed us of the withdrawal, but not before we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed to another method.
