Shipping policy
1. Careful Processing of Orders
The business will exercise the utmost care when receiving and processing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
2. Delivery Address
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to the company.
3. Delivery Period and Delays
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4 of this article, the company will process accepted orders as quickly as reasonably possible, but no later than within 7 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery period.
If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be fulfilled partially, the consumer will be notified no later than 7 days after placing the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs. The consumer is not entitled to compensation.
4. Indicative Delivery Times
All delivery periods are indicative. The consumer cannot derive any rights from the stated delivery periods. Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the consumer to compensation. Customers cannot specify a preferred delivery date when placing their order. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a track & trace code by email. The delivery can be tracked using this code and, if offered by the carrier, may potentially be adjusted.
5. Refunds for Returned Shipments
In the event of termination in accordance with paragraph 3 of this article, the business will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receipt and assessment.
6. Replacement Product
If delivery of an ordered product proves to be impossible, the business will make every effort to provide a replacement item. At the latest upon delivery, it will be clearly and understandably communicated that a replacement item is being supplied. The right of withdrawal cannot be excluded for replacement items. The costs of any return shipment will be borne by the business.
7. Transfer of Risk
The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with the business until the products are delivered to the consumer or to a representative designated in advance and known to the business, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
